Great service from these guys. Within two hours of getting in touch they had someone out to take car of our flat tyre. The fitter was friendly and helpful and even took the time to help me with insurance paperwork. Would definitely be using them again!

A super service across the board, had a random flat tyre, RAC rescue, Craig from Harrogate patrol, who brilliantly went the extra mile with initiative to help me out, as he had 'Roadside Assist'
Direct contact to come out to me.. With a specialist quality tyre AND fit it AND check over all others were ok after road debret, pothole and subsequent curb! ( no surprises there lol, sooo really useful!!)
The efficiency of both these guys was so helpful, as saved me a very delayed trip kwikfit ( a good 45 mins away) . I could therefore get safely sorted, v. Quickly, and on with my day! My booked clients and patients i were travelling to, greatly appreciated this also!
Both were so cheerful and happy to literally go that extra mile! Plus super efficient, skilled, and great job.. v. Trustworthy!
They were both no time at all with everything, and if not for Craig and Lewis being themselves, i would have really wasted a day and have likely been stranded all weekend waiting.
They gave me little known tips too, well worth knowing as we're not always aware, that with RAC policy, if you can't get fixed ASAP, they are supposed to / offer to get you taxis to wherever, or a hire car if longer term, all inc.
Really appreciate these guys as the previous day, waiting 5 hrs in the car, the telephone guys never told me this rather fundamental helpful info!
Much gratitude guys, and credit it to you being so helpful, efficient, cheerful, and positive in such freezing, wet and windy weather!
Highly recommended service!

My wife’s tire blew on the A64 around York. I went to assist with some tire weld but it just wasn’t working. We had not had the car long so didn’t have any breakdown cover. After reaching out to the RAC they put us in touch with. Roadside tires assist who got to us within 40 mins and changed the tire by the side of the road in a layby. Lewis is friendly, efficient, he let us know when he would be with us and got us back on the road in no time. Thank you Lewis 🙏🏻
